SINGAPORE MEN MEETS JBCHECKPOINT TERROR.
Woman goes berserk, ramz cars, immigration booth.
Woman tries to squeeze car between Mr Muhammad Nazir's car and another malaysian-register car. She hit Mr Muhammad Nazir and hit smahes into the malaysian car. When Mr Muhammad Nazir got out of the car to inspect the damage. The female driver then reversed car and almost hit Mr Muhammad Nazir. Mr Muhammad Nazir got out of the way in time.
Police officers said they have to settle the problems themself. Mr Muhammad Nazir have no choice but to sue her.
They ended empty handed. The lady was said that she is suffering from some metal illness, from his husband and provided the evidence. The damage which cost $1400 to fix was settle by Mr Muhammad Nazir claim to his own insurance company.
I think the husband of the lady should foot the bill for the damage. As the husband is partly at fault for letting his wife to drive his car knowing that she is suffering from metal illness. Somebody might even get killed, This made the immgration at JB very unsafe. The officers only steps in and help Mr Muhammad Nazir only when the lady hit him. Mr Muhammad Nazir ending up having to pay for his car's damage, and the lady waling away like nothing just happened.
The lady dont even have a driving licence! And she could drive to the immgration at JB.
therefor she dont have the coverage of the insurance. This made me to think badly at the immgration at JB. Mr Muhammad Nazir wasnt in any fault and ended up paying his car's damage and injure himself.
